We have items from over 50 years of collecting, so occasionally there are mistakes with inventory stock levels.
To our best effort, all items are listed as “used” when applicable.
There are many items that we have that haven’t been listed yet, so if you have any specific requirements that you cannot find on the site, please contact us.
We will notify you via email if there will be any delays with your order or if the order cannot be completed for any reason.
We accept orders via email or through the website. Please contact us if you have any difficulties.
Payment may be made with Visa or Mastercard through Stripe and we accept cash and e-transfer if that is preferred.
A deposit may be required at time of order for any custom or oversized item.
We use Canada Post for the majority of our shipments unless specifically requested at the time of order (additional fees may apply).
We will always use a tracked packet method unless specifically specified to ensure the items reach you successfully.
Oversize shipments may require different shipping methods and carriers. Additional fees may apply.
We are not responsible for any import duties you may be charged if shipping outside of Canada nor exchange fees charged by foreign credit cards.
We pick up our items from inventory on the weekend (usually Saturday) and ship out the following Monday (barring any holidays).
All of our items are inspected prior to shipping. Should any items arrive damaged, please notify us immediately with pictures. We will make it right.
If you receive incorrect items, please let us know immediately.
Any returned item will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
No returns or refunds on any items that have had obvious signs of attempted installation or damage.

If an item is listed on eBay and is sold there, that sale takes priority over sales on our site if there is limited inventory due to eBay policies.
We always prefer purchases here as we can better control the shipping and other modifications to orders as necessary.
